Bring a fun, interactive custom shirt experience to your event! The Charmed by Chy T-Shirt Bar allows guests to create their own custom t-shirts on the spot. Perfect for birthdays, sorority events, cheer teams, bachelorette parties, markets, school events, and more.

How It Works
Guests choose their shirt size, color, and design from a selection of themed graphics. Shirts are pressed live during the event so everyone leaves with a custom shirt!

Booking Requirements
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
• The deposit covers preparation time, supplies, materials, and inventory.
• Deposit amount will be applied toward your event total if you choose a prepaid package.

Event Details Needed After Booking
Please provide the following information after reserving your date:

• Event date & location
• Estimated number of guests
• Shirt sizes needed
• General theme or design style (example: cheer, birthday, bachelorette, school spirit, etc.)

This allows me to prepare designs and bring the correct materials for your event.

Payment Options
You may choose one of the following event options:

Option 1 — Prepaid Event Package
Host pays the remaining balance before the event and guests receive shirts during the event.

Option 2 — Pay-Per-Shirt Event
Guests pay individually for their shirts during the event.

Important Policies
• The deposit is non-refundable as it covers supplies and preparation.
• Shirt sizes and event theme must be submitted before the event date.
• Travel fees may apply depending on location.
• Events must be booked in advance to allow time for design preparation and inventory.
